TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRE AUTHORISATION & PAYMENTS

We require a pre authorisation on all bookings 10 and over to secure bookings. This is due to

high demand on bookings and walk-ins we can guarantee your arrival and a space in the venue.

Meeting room bookings require the full payment to confirm the booking. This saves you worrying

about it on the day!

Full payment is an option for your drinks and meals before arrival if you’d like not to worry about

the bill on the day or if it is payable on the day. Since reopening after numerous lockdowns we

have decided to operate our venues as being cashless. Please make sure you bring a card with

you for payment.

PRE ORDERS

We will require a full pre order for every booking 10 and upwards. This ensures we have all the

stock and preparation ready for arrival.

You may pre order drinks so they can be ready for your arrival - this can save time on the day

and ensure that we can guarantee stock.

Once your booking is confirmed you will be sent a pre order link. This is where you can view

and manage all orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes plans do change. If you need to cancel your booking or

rearrange a date we must be notified up to 3 days before arrival. Anything under those 3 days

we may claim the pre authorisation. If your booking doesn’t show at all without being notified we

will claim the pre authorisation.

ON THE DAY

We start our preparation from 5am therefore any amendments, cancellations or no shows will

still be charged for the full meal but you’ll receive the food.

ALLERGIES

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements.

SERVICE CHARGE

We do add a discretionary service charge of 10% onto the final bill which goes to our amazing

team to ensure you all have the best experience possible!

Safety & security

Your safety and wellbeing is of paramount importance to us. In the interests of everyone’s enjoyment and safety, all members of your party are expected to behave responsibly throughout the duration of their visit to the venue. The management of our venues reserves the right to decline to honour a booking and/or eject from the premises any attendee who is seen to be drunk or under the influence of drugs; behaving in a violent, disruptive or irresponsible manner; causing a nuisance to others; or responsible for the commissioning of a criminal or civil offence.

Our Yummy Collection reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse admission to the venue and may conduct security searches on entry.

All attendees must take responsibility for the safeguarding of their personal belongings while present at the venue. Our Yummy Collection cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to an individual’s clothing or personal belongings.

GDPR

 

Our Yummy Collection operates a secure and safe booking system which is fully GDPR compliant. We will only contact you in relation to your booking or, where relevant, provide you with offers relating to specific sites, birthday offers or promotions if you have given us permission to do so. Please note that to make a booking with us, we do require an email address and/or a telephone number. This information is stored safely on our fully GDPR compliant booking system.
